Delivery Policy

1.1 Introduction

W11Stop (“W11Stop”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”) is committed to providing our customers with fast and reliable delivery for their orders. This deliver policy outlines our delivery methods, delivery times, and other important information related to our delivery process.

1.2 Delivery Methods, Time & Charges

We offer several delivery options to our customers within Pakistan: (i) Delivery via 3rd Party Courier & Logistic Service Companies (i.e., Leopards Couriers Service, TCS, Local Logistic Partners, Daewoo or Similar), (ii) Local Store Pickup (Only for Karachi). All the Delivery options will be displayed at Checkout Process. The availability, time & charges of these Delivery options may vary depending on the item(s) in your order and your shipping destination.

1.2.1 Delivery Through Courier & Logistic Companies

    (i) For All Pakistan excluding Karachi, shipping charges Rs. 300/- will be applied for all the orders below 2kg, (ii) For Karachi, shipping charges Rs. 150/- will be applied for all the orders below 2kg & total order value less than Rs. 3000/-. (iii) For the orders above 2kg, HEAVY SHIPMENT charges will be applied, (iv) Delivery time will be from 1 to 7 Working days depending on the location, (v) All the orders before 3 PM will be processed the same day (Monday till Saturday), (vi) Special Delivery conditions can be mentioned in comments while checking out. Our team will coordinate accordingly.

    1.2.2 Local Store Pickup

    (i) The local store pickup facility is only for Karachi, (ii) Local Store pickup can be done the next day of the Order placed, but the order must be placed before 3 PM to be ready to pick up the next day, (iii) There are no extra charges for this service, (iv) Timings for order pick up is 10:00 AM till 5:00 PM (Monday to Thursday). For Friday, timings are from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM, (v) Local pickup service is not available on Saturday and Sunday.

    1.3 Exclusion of Liability for Third-Party Couriers and Logistics Providers

    All shipments are completed through third-party logistics and courier services. While we partner with reputable carriers, we are not liable for any delays, damage, or issues that may occur once the shipment departs from our warehouse. In the event of delivery delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier or logistics provider, we will support you in communicating with the respective carriers. However, the responsibility for addressing and resolving such matters lies with the third-party courier, and we disclaim any liability for such occurrences.

    1.4 Order Processing

    We process orders as quickly as possible, usually within TWO business days. Once your order has been processed and confirmed via Telephonic Conversation, we will send you a confirmation email with your order details and shipping information. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. Delivery Time is calculated from the day order is dispatched from our Warehouse/Office/Store.

    1.6 International Shipping

    We currently only offer international shipping to limited countries. If you do not see your country listed as a shipping option during checkout, please contact us for more information at [email protected]

    1.7 Customs and Duties

    International orders may be subject to customs and duties fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees charged by W11Stop. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information on Custom Duties, Taxes, or any other similar charges for clearance of goods.

    1.8 Tracking Your Order
