We care about our customers and provides a friendly Refund and Exchange Policy. So that our customers feel secure while shopping at w11stop. Following are the policies which will be applied for return and exchange of the ordered products.
- Please contact us at [email protected] prior to sending any returns/exchanges back to us.
- All returns/exchanges must include any accessories, documentation, etc that were originally shipped along with the product.
- Returns/Exchanges may take up to two weeks to process, not including shipping duration.
- In case of wrong delivery, do not to open or use the item. All the items will be exchanged accordingly.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges that are not related to a defective product or product that was damaged during initial shipping to the customer.
- Only regular priced item is refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
- In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will repair or exchange the product as needed. If w11STOP determines that repair or replacement of a defective product is not practical, we will provide a refund.
- Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to w11stop within 3 days of receipt of the product. Email us at [email protected] with a description of your damage and include pictures as well. The information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange as per your wish within a certain amount of days.
- Refund/Exchange should be claimed within 3 days after receiving an order.
- Return policy is only applicable on unused products. If the product is found to be used or not in original condition as received, we reserve the right to refuse the return policy.
- If the local store pickup service is used, refund and exchange are to be claimed within the store.
- All the products are tested by our the engineering team and if items are returned, refund and exchange will be done after testing of the items.
Refund and Exchange claim can be made by Email or by signing into an account. If a claim is made through email, please mention the Order ID, product details and reason for return. If a claim is made through the w11stop account, the following are the steps to be followed.
- Select 'Order History'.
- View your Order against your Order ID.
- Select the Red Button with Arrow on it for return.
- Fill up the form of return.
- Select 'Complete'.
Status of Refund/Exchange order can be tracked by selecting 'View Your Return Request' while signed into w11stop account.
