We care about our customers and provide a friendly Return, Refund & Exchange Policy. So that our customers feel secure while shopping at w11stop. Following are the policies which will be applied for the return and exchange of the ordered products.
- Please contact us at [email protected] prior to sending any returns/refund/exchanges back to us.
- All returns/refund/exchanges must include all accessories, documentation, etc. that were originally shipped along with the product.
- In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error, fault or defective materials, we will process refund/return/exchange according to the Warranty Policy of the Company/Brand whose product is purchased.
- Returns/Refund/Exchanges may take up to Two to Four weeks to process, excluding Delivery Time.
- In case of wrong delivery, do not open or use the item. All the items will be exchanged accordingly.
- Only regular priced item is refunded. Sale items or the item(s) bought on Special Discounted Rate(s) other than mentioned on our website cannot be refunded.
- The following products are not eligible for a Return/Refund/Exchange: (i) Products that have been customized or personalized. (ii) Products that have been used or damaged by the customer. (iii) Products that have been tampered with or modified by the customer. (iv) Products/Orders delivered outside Pakistan, (v) Malfunctions as a consequence of basic causes, including but not limited to improper wiring or installation or operation beyond the specified usage limits, (vi) Item(s) that are damaged due to fire, water, natural disaster or similar, (vii) No exchanges or refunds for items purchased above Rs. 30,000/- due to a change of mind or wrong product selection due to technical specifications.
- Return/Refund/Exchange should be claimed within 5 Days after receiving an order.
- If the local store pickup service is used, a Return, Refund & Exchange are to be claimed within the store.
- All the returned products are tested by our team and to analyze the item(s) qualify for return/refund & exchange. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange as per your wish within a certain number of days (2 to 4 Weeks Processing Time).
- In any case, shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the product.
- We do a comprehensive quality check before dispatching our all orders. In case you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately within 5 business days at [email protected]. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product for a replacement or refund (i.e., Shipping Cost will be at Customer’s End).
- If the package is damaged from outside, please refuse to accept the delivery and inform us at [email protected] (i.e., Shipping Cost will be at Customer’s End)
